Honey Chili Chicken

This is one of my husband's favorite dishes. His plate is usually empty by the time I sit down with my own plate. The honey provides a nice glaze to the chicken without overpowering the other flavors like barbeque sauce.

Ingredients
2 Chicken Breast or Thigh
2 Tbsp Chili Powder
1/8 cup Honey
2 tsp Fresh Rosemary
1 Tbsp Butter
Salt and Pepper to taste
Prep Work
Wash the rosemary and chop it.
Remove any fat from the chicken.
Coat each side of the chicken evenly with chili powder and rosemary.
Lets Get Cooking
Preheat oven to 350
Melt butter at medium heat.
Place chicken in pan and cook for 5 minutes or until golden brown
Coat with 2 Tbsp honey.
Flip.
Cook for additional 5 minutes or until golden brown.
Coat with 2 Tbsp honey.
Finish off in oven until chicken reaches 165 degrees.
