Spinach Artichoke Dip

This spinach artichoke dip is a cheesy snack perfect for parties, gatherings, and even for an ordinary afternoon snack! Fair warning: this creamy dip disappears almost instantly in my house and in everyone else I've shared the recipe with! Serve with your favorite bread or with some chips. This also works as a wonderful filling and y'all can add chicken to it as well.


Spinach Artichoke Dip


Ingredients:


  • 14 oz can Artichoke hearts, quartered

  • 10 oz Spinach

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened

  • 1 and 1/2 cup Mozzarella, shredded

  • 1/2 cup Parmesan, shredded

  • 1/4 cup Sour cream

  • 1/4 cup Mayo

  • 2 cloves of garlic

  • 2 Tbs. butter or oil

  • salt and pepper to taste

Preparation


  1. In a large skillet, sauté the garlic and spinach in batches until all the spinach is cooked

  2. Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl and season.

  3. Transfer mix into a casserole dish and bake at 350 until the dip is warm and and the cheese is melted.
