Now that the weather is starting to cool down, I love a nice hot bowl of stew. This recipe is nice and simple. If you don't have venison, you can just as easily substitute beef tenderloin. Just slice then cut into cubes.

This stew only takes an hour and will warm you up in a heartbeat. This makes 3 servings.
Ingredients
2 medium Carrots
2 medium Potatoes
1 lbs. Venison (or Beef tenderloin)
2 cup Beef Broth
2 Tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce
Parsley, for garnish
2 cloves Garlic
1 small Sweet Onion
2 Tbsp. Oil
1/4 cup Water
3 Tbsp. Cornstarch
Salt and pepper, to taste
Slice and Dice.
Cut the venison, or beef, carrots, and potatoes into bite size cubes.
Dice the garlic and onions.
Saute
Turn the instant pot to the Sauté setting.
Sauté the onions and garlic in the oil.
Season with salt and pepper.
Add the venison and brown.
Add the vegetables, Worcestershire Sauce, and beef broth.
Season with salt and pepper again.
Pressure Cook
Cover and make sure the valve is set to seal.
Cook on high pressure for an hour.
Mix the water and cornstarch
Carefully release the pressure.
Once all the steam is released, slowly stir in the water/Cornstarch mixture until it reaches the desired thickness.
Adjust seasoning as needed.
Have Fun with It!
