Halloween Bars

It's Halloween and y'all know what that means! Spooky treats! These chocolate-dipped granola bars are delicious and are topped with marshmallow spiderwebs. These cute little bars are so simple to make. The best thing about these bars is that you can make them whatever size you want or need them to be.
Ingredients
2 and 1/2 cup Quaker Simply Granola
1/2 cup Pecans, chopped
1/2 cup Honey
1/3 cup Butter
1/3 cup Brown Sugar
1 tsp. Vanilla Extract
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 to 1 bag Chocolate Chips
8 Marshmallows
The Binding
Toast the granola and chopped pecans
Combine butter, honey, sugar, salt, and vanilla extract in a medium sauce pan over medium heat until sugar is dissolved.
Press the Bars
Combine the toasted granola and sugar/butter mixture.
Transfer granola to a square greased pan.
Press the granola down into the pan using the bottom of a bowl or cup.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
Chocolate
Once your granola is done, cut them to your desired size.
boil 2 cups of water in a pan.
Place the chocolate chips in a bowl big enough to sit on top of the pan of water.
Place the bowl of chocolate on the water and stir until the chocolate is melted.
Dip one side of the bar into the chocolate and place on a parchment-lined pan.
Repeat until all bars are dipped.
Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Marshmallow Webs
Microwave 2 marshmallows.
Take small pinch of marshmallow and stretch between your fingers.
Wrap around the bar.
Stretch more marshmallow and wrap around at a different angle.
Repeat these steps until your bars look how you want.
