Pumpkin Alfredo Sauce

I love alfredo sauce almost as much as I love pumpkin, but it hadn't occurred to me to combine them until I was making pumpkin puree one day. So next time I made alfredo sauce, I added some of the puree and it turned out better than I could have imagined. I made it a couple more times to get the recipe just how I wanted it. It can make up to 6 servings per batch and can be served with your choice of pasta.
Ingredients
4 cups Pumkin Puree
1 cup Butter
1 and 1/2 cup Heavy Cream
2 cloves Garlic
1 cup Parmesan
1/2 tsp Fresh Rosemary
Salt and Pepper To Taste
Prep
Mince the garlic and chop the rosemary.
Let's Get Saucy
Melt 1 Tbsp of the butter in a pot.
Add the garlic and rosemary.
Season with salt and pepper.
Sauté for 1 minute.
Add rest of butter and pumpkin puree.
Stir in heavy cream and parmesan cheese.
Adjust seasonings and serve warm.
